The Indianapolis Industrial Center today welcomed new tenant APM to its building 2 facility. As a distributor of auto components, APM needed drive-in, grade level access, dock doors and plenty of heavy-duty floor space.
The Indianapolis Industrial Center is a diversified I-4 industrial center operator providing four warehouse facilities on 19.5 acres of rail-served industrial property.
The Indianapolis Industrial center is in the process of finishing up its summer and fall improvements including the addition of a grade level access to building 2, addition of a dock service door to building 2, expanded surveillance system and painting.
Over the summer, we have been watching closely as the IndyGo Redline station near Shelby Street and Troy Avenue has been taking shape. The latest estimate is that our station will be complete sometime in December. Stay tuned!
The IIC announced the placement of 21,000 square feet in its Building #2 on the market today. This space represents a unique offering in the market and includes a drive-in ramp, standard truck dock, high-bay storage (rafters at 38 feet, access to a 25-ton bridge crane, and heavy duty floors.
This space will be available to occupy on or after October 1, 2018.
